2023 Inclusion Metrics Series: Workplace Flexibility
Workplace flexibility enables employees to balance work and personal obligations without undue stress. Women and other non-dominant employees are more likely to struggle when it comes to establishing sustainable work-life balance (American Psychological Association). So much so that 70% of women who dropped out of the workplace said that they would still be working if they had flexibility. Workplace flexibility can be measured through access to parental leave, paid time off, remote working options, and mental healthcare.
On April 12 at 12:00 PM ET (5:00 PM BST, 9:00 AM PT) Diversio will host a live webinar to discuss Workplace Flexibility, it’s impact on your company culture, and a few ways you can improve flexibility in your working environment.
Topics to be addressed:
- What does a flexible workplace look like?
- How can companies provide and encourage opportunities for employees to address personal obligations?
- How can leaders improve the level of flexibility in their company culture?
- What impact does workplace flexibility have on the company culture and employee well-being?
- Questions from the audience
This webinar is a part of our 2023 Inclusion Metrics Series. To learn more about the other inclusion metrics and how to implement them, register for the rest of the events in our series here.
