Our Story

 

Diversio was founded by Laura McGee and Anya Klimbovskaia to solve a problem they saw across organizations: leaders wanted to build more inclusive workplaces, but often lacked the data, structure, and practical guidance to understand what was really happening and what to do next.

From the beginning, Diversio has focused on making workplace inclusion measurable and actionable. That work started with helping organizations collect and understand employee experience data, then evolved into a broader people and culture solution that combines analytics, consulting, training, and predictive insights.

Today, Diversio supports organizations at different stages of their journey, from teams building their first inclusion strategy to enterprises looking for deeper insight into engagement, belonging, burnout, retention, and culture risk.
