Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to presenting the best of international and Canadian cinema, creating transformational experiences for film lovers and creators of all ages and backgrounds. As Canada’s premier home of cinema, TIFF offers screenings, lectures, discussions, festivals, workshops, events, professional development, and opportunities to meet, hear, and learn from filmmakers from Canada and around the world.
Holistic wellness in the workplace
Equity and inclusion are integral to TIFF, informing all aspects of the organization. Responding to employee feedback, especially regarding the increased need for wellness support post-pandemic, TIFF developed the Holistic Wellness in the Workplace program. This initiative addresses wellness from physical, mental, emotional, social, and environmental perspectives, ensuring staff feel their best both in and out of the workplace.
