Focus
Together, we define the leadership behaviours, situations, or patterns the coaching engagement will focus on.
Coaching Sessions
The leader participates in four private 60-minute coaching sessions focused on reflection, practical tools, and real workplace application.
Practice
Between sessions, the leader applies reflection prompts, tools, and behaviour-based practices in their day-to-day work.
Closeout
The engagement ends with a short closeout summary focused on goals, themes, progress, and recommended next steps.
