Matteo Stewart (he/him) is a Senior Inclusive Leadership Facilitator and 3-time international TEDx speaker with more than 30 years of experience helping leaders build stronger, more human-centred teams. His work spans healthcare, private equity, global sporting stages, and community leadership, bringing a practical lens to trust, collaboration, accountability, and high-performing team culture. Known for his “YES, AND...” approach, Matteo helps leaders turn good intentions into everyday behaviours that create meaningful impact.
Katelynn Fetterly (Kate) is a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Registered Nutritionist, Culture Consultant, Facilitator, and Strategic Account Consultant at Diversio. She works at the intersection of leadership, culture, accessibility, and employee wellbeing. With 15 + years of experience supporting habit change, health, and personal development, Kate brings a people-centered lens and data-driven insights to leadership development, practical strategies, and organizational transformation.
Sheena (she/her/elle) is a Senior Consultant and Facilitator at Diversio with 10+ years of experience in workforce data collection and analysis, strategic planning, and guided learning. She helps organizations use research, data, and shared meaning-making to tell impactful change stories and influence inclusive behaviours. Sheena brings a cross-cultural, accessibility-informed, and practical lens to leadership development, helping leaders build understanding, trust, and more inclusive workplace habits.
