Dominique Riviere

Based in Toronto, ON, Canada


Dominique is a DEI Trainer with Diversio. She is a skilled equity professional, with over 20 years of experience in research, evaluation, program design, and facilitation.

Her academic background in equity and inclusion has allowed her to help professionals in the higher education, public service, and technology innovation sectors “connect the dots” between their personal experiences, and the ways discrimination and bias shape those experiences.

She now leads the Fictive Kin Equity Lab, a learning and development consultancy for equity professionals and other advocates.

Gabrielle Hurtubise-Radet

Based in Montreal, QB, Canada


Gabrielle, a Diversio consultant with 5 years in tech strategic roles, actively advances DEI in innovative sectors through her expertise and social engagement.

Born in Montreal and raised in Paris, her multicultural upbringing influences her work in an Entrepreneurship Lab, where she takes on a pivotal role after her experience at Microsoft. Concurrently, Gabrielle served as co-chair of Mila’s EDI Committee and collaborated with the French Tech in Montreal to facilitate cross-border conversations. At the local level, she supported disadvantaged communities in Hochelaga, gaining hands-on experience in addressing concrete societal issues.

With two Master’s degrees in Management from HEC Paris and Sciences Po Paris, Gabrielle, a finalist for Young AI Role Model of the Year by Women in AI, advocates for human-centered innovation.

Monique Jernigan

Based in Queens, New York, U.S.A.


Monique is one of Diversio’s newest consultants, specializing in diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) initiatives and workplace development. She is a tenured manager with over 12 years of experience designing, developing, and advancing the employee and student experience within elite collegiate and K-12 organizations.

Monique has expertise in the areas of employee belonging and retention, strategic planning, talent and leadership development, conflict and restorative justice resolution, partnership development, and cultural and identity program formation. She has designed and moderated over 100+ conflict resolution sessions, delivered 200+ adult/child learning modules, and led 30+ train the trainer sessions.

Beyond partnering with Diversio, Monique serves as the AVP for Employee Belonging at a private, Catholic college.

Wali Muhammed

Based in Waterloo, ON, Canada


A seasoned learning and development specialist, Wali brings over 12 years of experience in igniting teams to peak performance by imparting essential behavioral skills to enhance psychological safety, cognitive diversity, and self-accountability.

Proficient in the entire training cycle, Wali’s DEI practice integrates the latest research and insights from extensive consulting across North America, the Middle East, South Asia, and China. Fluent in four languages, he excels in transforming audiences into engaged learners through interactive learning design and a vibrant environment conducive to critical behavioral change.

Wali possesses expertise in diversity-smart performance management systems, whole system transformation, and advising managers to adopt coaching roles. A certified facilitator and mediator, he has led over 200 sessions, engaging audiences from junior to middle management and c-level executives.
