Advancing Gender Equity Through Everyday Practices

This session explores the systemic barriers that continue to shape women’s workplace experiences and why advancing gender equity remains a critical organizational priority. Participants will examine current research on gender gaps, identify how bias and structural practices influence advancement and belonging (including through an intersectional lens), and learn practical, evidence-based actions that individuals, teams, and organizations can apply year-round. The session emphasizes allyship as an ongoing responsibility and positions gender equity as both a people and performance imperative across global contexts.
