The Inclusive Recruiting and Hiring course takes a deep dive on how concepts discussed in our other courses such as unconscious bias, allyship, and DEI apply to the recruiting and hiring process. You will take away tangible skills on inclusive resume screening, interviews, and interview panels. This allows you to build a more diverse workforce that’s inclusive from the beginning of the hiring journey.
Importantly, this course does not discuss other DEI concepts in detail, which are foundational to an inclusive recruiting and hiring process. We recommend participants have a pre-existing understanding of the DEI concepts mentioned, or start with our other courses that focus on these topics independently.
